At Auntie K Candy we only process orders during business days, which is Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped. We will try our best to expedite orders during periods of higher demand, but orders may take up to 3 business days to process before being shipped.
Note: Occasional delays in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or it is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.
We may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s). We do not offer rainchecks.
In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered, and will be informed by email notification.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.
Verification & Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure to use your billing information (first name, last name, billing address) and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order will be put on hold, pending verification.
When specifying a shipping address, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc). If this information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update the information, which may further delay shipment of your order.
If you notice any error after shipment please do not hesitate to contact us, as we may be able to attempt an intercept of the package. We cannot change your address after your item has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a valid tracking number. Please keep this handy if you have any requests or questions. Once orders are shipped you will receive a one-time email and/or SMS notification. If you have a website account you can check the status of your order and track the package at any time.
To ensure the best shipping experience, we use FedEx and USPS to deliver our packages in the USA. In addition, we also offer DHL as well for International countries. Expedited services such as Priority Mail, Express and 2-Day are also available for an additional fee.
IMPORTANT: FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses. You must choose one of the USPS shipping options if you want your order delivered to a PO Box. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S Territories can only be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Time & Fees
USA DOMESTIC - For any order with total weight of 1 lb (16 oz) or less, we offer a $5 flat rate via USPS First Class Mail to arrive within 4-5 business days of ship date. Most orders with 3-4 small bags will fit this rate.
During the check out process you'll be able to get an exact quote for the cost of shipping to your delivery address. Simply choose the delivery method that best suits your budget and timeframe. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Delivery date may vary according to FedEx and USPS; we do not control the package after it leaves our facility. Please note that while we try our best to make your delivery window, none of the shipments can guarantee to arrive within the estimated time frame except for USPS Express Mail.
FedEx, USPS will make three attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, the carrier will call the customer and inform them of their delivery. To prevent any complications with your delivery, please provide your most accessible phone number.
