Very umami, savory that go alongside this condensed sweet milk candy.  It uses Lorraine salt, which is super special from Lorraine, France, cause well, that place is known for high quality salt springs and salt deposits.  I found the combination unique and interesting but some of you may find it overpowering.  Give it a try!
