I had trouble with the mailing address. They were very friendly and helpful in correcting the fields that were needed for shipping.
Needed these as themed candies to motivate children, and they were so excited to get "edible rocks"! Shipping was fast; product looks great; and the candies are delicious.
The item I ordered was delivered on time but unfortunately it was melted due to heatwave. I just hope they will put a note that the item may melt or please handle with care. My choco rock was forcefully placed in my small mailbox that's why the choco rock was crushed and it doesn't look like rocks anymore. My nephews and nieces didn't enjoy the appearance of those choco rock. It looks like chocorock in chocolate mud.
