Failed order

I have to be honest, I don't think I'll ever buy from you again. Products are good & I ordered them intentionally but the service is below par. Even if the items I ordered were good but service was bad, the whole process turned bad. I was sent the wrong order which in turn I had to go to the Post Office to sent it back which I didn't care for. I was expecting an expedited delivery of the items I ordered. The whole thing soured me.
